1) BASIC PREPARATION

A clean home shows potential buyers that you've taken good care of the property. So, clean everything to make your home sparkly and shine.

Declutter every room, surfaces,  furnishings, closets and garage. Remember that buyers need to be able to envision themselves in your home, so remove all the family photos, keepsakes, and refrigerator art, etc.

2) EXTERIOR

When potential buyers pull up to the curb in front of your home, you want the home to attract the buyers and make them excited to run inside to see all he features of them home.

"Make sure your lawn, hedges, trees, and other plants are neatly pruned, and be sure to get rid of any weeds. Wash windows well, and consider adding flower boxes to brighten them up even more. If you can, power wash your home's exterior - this can make it look almost freshly painted but with less effort and expense."

3) INTERIOR LIVING
The goal is to get the potential home buyers even more excited to live on the home. To achive that it's imporant to create a welcoming feeling that as buyers open the front door and enter the house, they feel at home. So do all that you can to enhance these buyers experience and maintain the excitement as they see the rest of the home.
4) LIVING ROOM
To make your living room more appealing you may consider to do the following: remove unnecessary furniture to create more space, put cords and wires out of sight, pull furniture away from the walls, Remove personal photos and decor, declutter (put away books and magazines, clear surfaces from personal items), etc.
5) DINING ROOM

Strive to Improve lighting by opening the blinds, hanging light, colored curtains, update lighting fixtures, etc.

If you have a table, set the table (only if it adds to the ambiance, not distracts from it).

6) KITCHEN

The kitchen is the heart of the home. They also have a huge influence on the sale value of the home, so this is an area where you really want to kick it in high gear.

So you can try to clean or remove appliances (toaster, coffee maker, kettle), Fix any leaks, replace old hardware, knobs or faucet, and clean as much as you can.

7) BEDROOM
Small and simple things can make a big difference. There are small things that you can do make your bedroom stand out. The following list are just a few of them: change the bedding so it’s fresh, adding pillow and throw blankets, removing personal items, decluttering the closets and bookshelves, pulling the bed away from the walls, In the closet, organize clothes on the hangers. Don’t overcrowd, and try to use the same kind of hanger.
8) BATHROOM
Bathrooms appearance are very important to potential home buyers. If you bathroom is needing remodeling, upgrading, replacement of the faucets and the shower head, fixing any leaking, etc; it's imporant to take care of those repairs before schdueling any showings.
